10 days of breakfasts…

Many ideas here came from source: Gutbliss by Robynne Chutkan, MD, FASGE.  The rest came from me.

Day 1: make a smoothie, 1/2 grapefruit, and mint tea with lemon

Day 2: Have the other half grapefruit and rest of smoothie

Day 3: oatmeal (not instant!) with berries and flaxseed, 2 eggs, and fresh green juice

Day 4: smoothie, 1/2 grapefruit, flaxseed crackers with almond butter

Day 5: eggs with salsa & guacamole/avocado, smoothie

Day 6: smoothie, 2 eggs, flaxseed crackers with almond butter

Day 7:  oatmeal with cinnamon & local honey, banana, hard boiled egg

Day 8: pumpkin smoothie, 2 egss, smoked salmon

Day 9: gluten-free granola with almond milk, strawberries and blueberries

Day 10: scrambled eggs, bacon, and fresh green juice (kale spinach, green apple)
