Just added a new, HARD workout…

check out “one HARD workout” under the workouts I can do from home tab to your left.  Better to save this one for a day you have been really stressed out and have energy to burn. This is not for the feint of heart. 🙂   All you need is a set of heavy dumb-bells (I used 20’s and dropped to 17.5 toward the end), and a great attitude.
