5 day refresher boot camp being offered this summer!

 

5 day Boot Camp.

 

5 day commitment.

 

 5 days to a fitter you.

 

5 days you can do (easily).

Starts Monday, July 8 and runs 5 consecutive days through Friday July 12.  Sessions will be held at 8am, 9:30am and 6:30pm.  Sessions will be limited to 5 people per session.  $50 for the 5 day program, due at sign-up.  Food logs will be required, as nutrition will be a HUGE part of this program. 5 days you can do.  Included:

  • Cardio respiratory endurance
  • Muscular strength
  • Muscular endurance
  • Body composition
  • Flexibility
