If you replace the spelt flour with almond flour (like we are).. Add 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon more baking powder to account for the heavier weight of the almond flour.

  1. Ok, very good. Gives you the chocolate, sweet fix that you might need like me. However, what size pan did y’all use? The recipe calls for a 9×3″, which I thought was a mistake, so I used a 9×13″, and the consistency was very much like applesauce when done after 20 min…I think I did something wrong; however still yummy. Will make again.
