- 1/4 cup soy sauce (reduced sodium) – I guess we need a substitute really here?
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- coconut oil (or other kind) – 1 tsp.
- snow peas (frozen or fresh)
- OPTIONAL: cooked brown rice
Marinate the salmon prior to cooking if possible, (but still good if you forget to marinate), for 30 min. in the soy sauce, orange juice, garlic, oil. Then fry up in a pan or iron skillet for about 5 minutes with the onion. then add the snow peas for the last 3 min. Serve over brown rice, if you are back on grains. 🙂
