Food Ideas and Recipes

ok, so every meal needs a protein, at least two vegetables, a healthy fat (like avocado), nuts/seeds, and you may add a fruit if you want…great.

soon, I’m bored and eating the same things week after week, so share your recipes in comments.  please.  like now.
