Microwave muffin

1/4 cup flaxseed

1 tsp. baking powder

2 tsp. cinnamon

1 tsp. coconut oil

1 egg

1-2 tsp. raw sugar (optional)

Add sliced apples (optional)

Mix in a microwave safe coffee mug and cook for 50 sec.  Pop out and eat with fresh berries or whatever fruit you have available.  It’s not sweet, but it’s filling and it’ll keep you regular. 🙂
