Sign up for 10 consecutive days that will change your life.  30 minutes a day for 10 straight days and the results will be:

Starts Tuessday March 19 and runs 10 consecutive days through Thursday, March 28.  Sessions will be held at 6:00pm and 6:30pm.   Saturday and Sunday sessions at 9am.  Plan on the Saturday and Sunday sessions running longer than 30 minutes, so we can discuss the nutrition.  Sessions will be limited to 5 people per session.  $75 for the 10 day program, due at sign-up.  Food logs will be required, as nutrition will be a HUGE part of this program. 10 days you can do.

Each session will include:

  • Cardio respiratory endurance
  • Muscular strength
  • Muscular endurance
  • Flexibility

Get ready to cleanse your body.  I need it.  You probably need it too.  Check out http://whole9life.com/itstartswithfood/  to get a head start on the nutrition aspect.  This is a 30 day program, but we are starting small with 10 days.  Start cleaning out your pantry now, and buying the right foods…recipes and help to follow.  In a nutshell: no alcohol, no sugar, no grains, no dairy…just fish, lean meat, vegetables, and fruit.  Lots of water.

**Bodyfat measurements will be done on Sunday, March 17 at 6pm until 6:30pm, and again on Thursday, March 28 at 5:30pm and 7 pm.
