Holiday Weight Gain?

No sir.  Not us. Check out this great article from SELF magazine for 7 simple ways to ward off holiday weight gain.  I don’t know about you, but it sure is easier to not put it on than to try to take if off in January.

And speaking of, I’ve heard from several of you that you are ready for a December round of the abbreviated boot camp – 5 days only.  Ok, let’s do it.  Starting one week from today – Sunday, December 8 through Thursday, December 12.  Change on the times though, so be sure to send me a text or email which time you want – morning or evening.  There is a new page to your left that says BUY NOW if you want to pay online.  (Even so, please send me the email or text so that I know you have saved your spot).
