Boot Camp (version 5) starts tomorrow!

Realized this morning that this will be the 5th time we have run this program this year 2013.  I think each time it gets a little better as we all learn more.  This time I am excited to announce that while we lift, run, crunch, push, pull every day this week, Saturday will be a yoga session with one of my fav yoga instructors coming in at 10am.  Save the hour from 10-11am.  Power Yoga.  

On another note, your healthy eating begins the moment you wake up tomorrow, not tomorrow night.  Keep that in mind as you plan, shop, and cook for the week.  The only way to get through this and enjoy it, is to PLAN AHEAD.  🙂
