ok, this time around, we are aiming to eat generally the same (paleo), but with a few additions that I feel are more do-able. If you haven’t checked out http://www.health-bent.com/ please do so. Here is a list of sweeteners that are as natural as possible (stay mindful of the amounts still!):
- coconut sugar (I ordered mine off Amazon.com)
- honey (I use local purchased at Earthfare, Whole Foods, or The Peach Stand- local is supposed to help allergies too!)
- maple syrup (the real stuff, not the corn syrup stuff)
- apple juice concentrate
- 100% fruit jam
