Get ready!


We start working out Tuesday night at 6pm and 6:30pm.  That means that you start the good eatin’ Tuesday morning as soon as you wake up. I’m scared, but excited.  The eating part is hard for me.  I love a little sugar. 🙂  Maybe you do too?  But together we can do this.  We will support each other and cheer each other on as we give our best attempts in so many new areas.  Spring break is just around the corner, and we have nothing to lose (except maybe some bodyfat).

 It Starts With Food reports that the first several hundred people who tried this had the following results:  weight loss, better sleep, consistent energy, improved mood, increased athletic performance, elimination of sugar cravings, a healthier relationship with food, and improved physical ailments such as allergies, asthma, blood pressure, cholesterol, heartburn, tendonitis…

And those people were not exercising daily while they did this!  ok, get your pantry ready. get to the grocery store.  Stock up now for the week with fruits, veggies, meats, nuts, and seeds.  An idea for you:  Tonight (or tomorrow night) cook several chicken breasts (maybe try it with a little olive oil and a chicken rub – can be bought in the marinade isle), and boil a dozen eggs.  Then you have a go-to protein all this week to get you through your cravings.  Also, whatever kind of nut you like, put it in individual baggies to take to work now so it’s ready.  See you Tuesday!

  1. So excited to start tomorrow. I’m home with a sick one so to prepare I started with lots of coffee, Krispy Kreme donut, and then Cheerios. All in preparation for the 10 day cleanse. Looking forward to the fun!

  2. I just finished my shopping and I am amazed at how much longer it took me as I really shopped versus running in to pick up crap!! I’ve already learned a lot from reading the book!!
