Those are your options.”  – It Starts With Food, chapter 1.  What a thought to ponder the next time you are throwing things into your grocery cart, or deciding what to cook for dinner.  We are on a journey to find more healthy, for each of us.  Let me say this:  this will look different for each person, and I hope that there is encouragement and support; no judgement during our 10 day journey.  There are as many nutritional plans out there as there are people.  And no one eats healthy 100% of the time all the time.  No one. period.  So leave the judgement at the door.  Come ready to better yourself from where you currently are…this is different for each of us.  I can’t wait.  I’ve gotten off the track I want to be on…for all kinds of reasons…you know, stress, work, busy schedules, kids, work, stress, work, lack of sleep, etc.  Been there? 

Since this is the time of year that people throw their New Year’s Resolutions right out the window (Forbes magazine), throw in the towel, and give up, this is EXACTLY the time of year, we are gonna hit it hard.
