Feedback on the 10 day program – workouts and nutrition

  1. I LOVED every last bit of it!! The awesome workouts, the tasty new recipes, the comraderie, the new friends, the constant encouragement and the TRAINER!! OOOHH and the % drop in fat content. I can go on that forever. I would love if you would post the Filthy 50 as this workout would be an easy one to do on your own. Thanks again to everyone!!

  2. Am pleased (and amazed) by the body fat drop considering I was not 100% (or by THursday even 50%) on the nutrition. Definitely felt stronger. Know that weather was a real factor but I felt I needed more running-I had a really hard time keeping up in class today. Loved getting to make new friends and getting to know the ladies I had been working out beside for years so much better! Have bored all my coworkers and neighbors by talking about it constantly! You need to offer it on a regular basis Kristi!
