Best choices of nuts: cashews, hazelnuts, macadamias.
Other good ones in moderation: almonds, brazil nuts, pecans, pistachios.
Limit (but still good- just don’t eat a whole bag): flax seeds, pine nuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, walnuts.
and guess what? I just found coconut milk creamer for coffee at HARRIS TEETER…they are getting some healthier, clean-eating choices over there…love it!
