If you prefer to do your food log electronically –


check out this website and there is an app for your phone so you can plug in your food as you go and it prints out these beautiful pages and stats when you are done – Tanya and Lisa both do this. Either way, have a food log in your hand for Saturday a.m.  After we work out Saturday a.m., we will exchange food logs.

On another note, for those of you that are starving…boil some eggs and cook some chicken tonight!!!
