Eggs – packed with protein

Half of the protein is in the white and half in the yolk, so eat the whole egg if you like it.  Boil a dozen tonight, so they are on hand for an easy protein snack all week long.  Throw them on a salad, eat with a meal or snack.  Eggs provide more than a dozen essential nutrients, including vitamins A, B12, D, E, brain-healthy choline, omega-3 fatty acids, and eye-healthy lutein…all of which are found in the yolk.
