ok, I woke up at 4:10am thinking about this. yikes. we can do this though. 10 days of working out? done that. 10 days of no sugar? uh…no. Add to that no grains, no alcohol, no dairy, no legumes. so what are we gonna eat during out boot camp? FRESH FOODS. love it. great concept. we can do this. lots of protein, veggies, and fruit, and healthy fat thrown in.
